Cancellation Policy:

It is understood that situations do arise in which you must cancel your appointment.

For individual therapy appointments: It is required that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

For EMDR Intensive Sessions: It is required that you provide a full 7 days notice.

This allows appointment times to be rescheduled for another person who is waiting for the appointment slot. The cancellation and No Show policy is covered in full detail on informed consent form provided at start of therapy.

Special considerations may be allowed (but not guaranteed) at the discretion of the therapist, and only as an exception.
